Regulatory

Regulatory path

DFPAS is planned to launch first under the FDA General Wellness category, a category defined by FDA enforcement discretion. Clinical studies are planned: performance verification (n=30), then a larger stage (n=200).

This site describes research and technology programs. Care decisions belong with a clinician.

Intellectual property

Patent status

The first patent in the portfolio has been allowed by the USPTO. Additional applications are advancing through examination. Patent numbers, claims, and titles are published here upon issuance.

The portfolio is held by Arthur Menson Labs.

Structure

The group

First Empire Holdings LLC is the holding company. Heros Health and Telecheck Health are its operating companies. Arthur Menson Labs is the group’s nonprofit research institute, directed by First Empire through governance.

Attribution
